What are your first ninety days?
- 01
Onboarding Week 1
Monthly orientation at the Short Pump or Lynchburg office. License transferred to Keeton & Co, MLS and lockbox access, CRM built with your existing contacts, email and systems set up by staff.
- 02
Fundamentals Weeks 2–4
Contracts, agency and disclosure walked through with a managing broker. Shadow live appointments before you run your own.
- 03
Mentorship Weeks 4–12
A pairing with an experienced agent, who works your first transactions with you.
- 04
Weekly training Ongoing
Live, in-office training with the broker present, plus recordings if you cannot make it.
Who actually teaches you?
A managing broker, not a recorded course. Katerina Wiley runs Richmond and Jordan Smith runs Lynchburg, and one of them takes new agents through contracts, agency and disclosure in person. Jon Wheeler, our Director of Agent Growth, owns the training calendar. Daniel Keeton is the principal broker and is in the Glen Allen building.
The reason to care about names is accountability: when a contract goes sideways on your third deal, you need to know which person picks up the phone.

Where is your next deal coming from?
For most agents that is the question behind every other question. Keeton & Co's Lead Service answers it, and it goes further than leads: it is appointments set for you. Our marketing generates the inquiries, and our in-house Inside Sales Team works them, qualifies them and books the appointment on your calendar. Between the two, our inside sales team books 300+ appointments a month for our agents.
It is an option, not a requirement. Agents who build entirely from their own sphere choose a plan without it; agents who want a fuller calendar choose a plan with it. Which fits you is part of the confidential conversation.
- 01
Marketing brings them in
Firm-level campaigns, listings and content generate the inquiries, so you are not funding your own ad spend to get started.
- 02
Inside Sales qualifies them
A staffed Inside Sales Team calls, texts and follows up until the person is ready to meet, not a list of numbers for you to dial.
- 03
The appointment lands on your calendar
You show up to a conversation with someone who asked to meet an agent. Your job is the appointment, not the chase.
What is KAI?
KAI, Keeton Artificial Intelligence, is a technology suite built only for Keeton & Co agents. Think of it as a personal assistant that actually knows your business: it is connected to the MLS, your transaction data, your goals and your CRM, so what it writes and answers is about your deals, not generic real estate.
Marketing, done for you
Creates content and posts it to your social accounts, so your presence keeps running while you are at appointments.
Writes contracts and addenda
Drafts the paperwork from your transaction data instead of a blank form.
Reviews contracts
Reads a contract and flags what you should look at before you sign or send.
Answers questions about your business
Your pipeline, your goals, your next steps. Ask it the way you would ask an assistant who sits next to you.
Connected to the MLS
Listing and market data are already in it; nothing to export or paste.
Connected to your CRM, transactions and goals
It knows who you are working with, what is under contract and what you are aiming for this year.
No other brokerage has it, because it was not licensed from a vendor. It was built here, for the agents here.
