This policy explains what Keeton & Co Real Estate (Keeton Realty LLC, "we", "us") collects when you use keetonco.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email [email protected] or call (804) 556-1228.
What we collect
- What you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, and anything else the form asks for, such as a property address, timeline, quiz answers, or the neighborhoods you asked us to watch.
- How you found us: the page you were on, the site or ad that sent you (for example a Facebook ad or a search engine), and campaign tags in the link.
- Technical details: your browser type and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, used to stop spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.
- Cookies and similar tools: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure how the site is used, the Meta (Facebook) pixel measures whether our ads lead to inquiries, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form was sent by a person. Some pages remember your quiz answers in your own browser so you do not lose them.
How we use it
- To answer your request and connect you with a licensed Keeton & Co Real Estate agent.
- To send what you asked for, such as a guide, your quiz results, or a note when a home lists in a neighborhood you asked about.
- To call or text you, but only as described in "Calls and text messages" below.
- To understand which pages and ads are useful, and to keep the site secure.
Calls and text messages
Each form shows a short consent notice next to its submit button. If you submit a form with your phone number, you agree that Keeton & Co Real Estate and its agents may call and text you at that number about the subject of your request, including by automated means and AI-generated or prerecorded voice. If you do not want calls or texts, leave the phone number blank where it is optional, or opt out at any time as described below.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (804) 556-1228. We honor opt outs promptly.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
We keep a record of the consent wording you saw and when you agreed to it.
Who we share it with
- The Keeton & Co Real Estate agent or team member handling your request.
- Service providers that run our systems for us, such as our customer relationship management software, email delivery, website hosting and security, and analytics. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- A lender, title company or other professional only if you ask us to connect you.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are helping you and for as long as needed for our records, legal and licensing obligations, after which we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts with STOP, and out of emails with the unsubscribe link or by replying.
- Ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We may need to keep some records the law requires.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
