How does the referral bonus work?
Tell us about an agent you think would do well here. We reach out personally and let them know you sent us. If they join and close deals, you earn an agent attraction bonus, paid by Keeton & Co. Their split is exactly what it would have been without you, so referring a friend never costs them anything.
How the bonus is calculated is walked through on a call with our team. Want to share a link instead? Add ?ref= and your agent page name to any keetonco.com/join address, and anything they submit in the next 30 days is credited to you.
Who makes a good referral?
Agents who want more appointments and less admin: someone producing well at a brokerage that leaves them doing their own transaction coordination, or a newer agent who needs a mentor and a steady calendar. If they would be better served where they are, we will tell them so.
